All DEI Consultations are not created equal. My strategy begins with a connection with your organization and understanding your goals/needs. Once a goal or need is identified we build a plan to address these concerns which may include trainings, facilitation of discussions and/or consultations within an individual or cohort setting.

I offer an hourly rate for consultation and training services. Fees are contingent upon factors such as length of service, materials provided, preparatory meetings, and travel time.
